Amazing service. I'm so grateful to Ronny and Edgar. They took a stressful situation and made it smooth, simple and cost efficient. Restoration General did an inspection and prescribed the right solution for my water damaged crawlspace. It had been badly flooded and a problem area was still too moist after a contractor had completed water extraction and dehumidifying. I was extremely impressed with Ronny and Edgar. Ronny was always quick to response to all of my calls and texts and never rushed through them. Edgar was the one who came to my home and he was always on time and very friendly. I had a huge mold issue so I had many interactions with both of them and am so pleased I went with them. I highly recommend them!
These guys know what they’re doing. I got 4 quotes and they were in the middle, fairly priced to me for the real deal. Rony does what he says he’s going to do. The job wound up being bigger than anticipated and they made it happen. Edgar, the contractor who actually did the remediation, was really helpful in showing me the roof leak that caused the water damage. I hope I don’t ever have a mold issue again but they’ll be getting my call if I do.
We really acknowledge the hard work and followup by Ronny and Edgar. We love the results. Whenever we needed more answers, we called them and we got their time and their extra help to complete the job. We were never stranded to search for answers. We definitely can recommend them to anyone needing similar work.
