A GREAT GYM WITH WONDERFUL STAFF AND MEMBERS! Joining RFN was the best decision I have made. It feels like I have a new family. So much encouragement and support. They always make sure you are working hard to obtain your goals while modifying the exercises to your current abilities to make sure you are working out safely and preventing injuries. AND THE PROGRESS AND NUMBERS PROVE IT IS WORKING!

One of the best decisions I have made for myself and my health has been joining Restoration Fitness! As someone who previously was intimidated by the traditional gym atmosphere, the coaches and people at RFN have made me feel comfortable and capable to achieve my goals. I cannot recommend this gym enough!
