Going to this gym has been such a great experience. From the community to the challenging workouts, this gym has an all around amazing atmosphere. I’ve seen all types of people in and out of this gym and it’s really cool to see everyone get something out of it.
I absolutely loved the 28 day reset. It helped me set my goals and stay on track!

Noah was amazing! Due to health issues I never really worked out… the fear of hurting myself was strong. Noah was patient with me. Was very uplifting and supportive! He helped me realize I could successfully work out without hurting myself with the right workout program.
I’ve been dedicated to fitness my entire life, but recently decided to explore group classes and I’m so glad I found this gym. Matt, the owner, truly has the heart of a teacher. He takes the time to explain not only how to perform each workout, but also why we are doing it and which muscles are being engaged.
