I've been attending group training at Restoration Fitness for almost a year, and it's been a great experience! It's a smaller, family-oriented gym with a welcoming atmosphere where people of all fitness levels can feel comfortable and challenged. I've been going to this gym for almost a year now. It's personal training at its best. They are very informative and have your best interest at heart. Everyone is encouraging and very supportive.

All staff I’ve worked with have been extremely knowledgeable. I always feel supported, welcomed, and included by staff and members. It’s the first time in a long time I’ve been excited about working out. I appreciate the support I have been receiving in regards to nutrition as well as exercise.

A GREAT GYM WITH WONDERFUL STAFF AND MEMBERS! Joining RFN was the best decision I have made. It feels like I have a new family. So much encouragement and support. They always make sure you are working hard to obtain your goals while modifying the exercises to your current abilities to make sure you are working out safely and preventing injuries. AND THE PROGRESS AND NUMBERS PROVE IT IS WORKING!
