LOVE THIS GYM! It’s truly like a family. From the amazing coaches, who are so knowledgeable as they walk you through every movement, to the fellow teammates who support and cheer you on during every workout…I absolutely know it was the best decision coming to RFN!
I have been bragging about this gym to my coworkers and doctor. I am beyond impressed with this business. They take the time to add personal touches, making them stand out from any gym I have been to. These range from the check-ins or words of encouragement sent to your phone throughout the week to a welcoming card when you are in your first month. I went with my husband to check out Restoration Fitness and Nutrition because it seemed similar to a gym we worked out at when we lived in California. Well it is and it isn’t… this place… the coaches… the people are truly like family! The coaches are awesome and they really pay attention to your form to make sure that you’re doing the workouts correctly so that you don’t injure yourself…Don’t get me wrong I am VERY SORE but I am grateful for that! You can go to any gym and work out, or you can go to Restoration and get a "Workout" Restoration is all about results. I just turned 61 and I felt myself literally dying and knew I had to do something. First 12 weeks and already down 30 lbs and it's only the beginning.
