Matt as always provides excellent coaching from start to finish. Whether you're new or one of the older veterans in the class, he makes sure everyone gets 100% out of their workout. Lastly, he lets us be us which equals fun. Time goes by fast when you're having fun.
This is my 3rd week and it’s been such an amazing experience! Everyone is so supportive and I love going to class!

Coach Matt at Restoration Fitness & Nutrition always makes me feel supported and encouraged!! He takes time before and after class to check in on your life. He’s always looking for ways to help you make health and exercise a priority. Matt has a very good way of assessing what your individual strengths and weaknesses are in the gym and can help motivate you to push through one of those hard workouts, even in the group class setting.
