I panicked when I had a flood in my apartment. When I reached out to Restoration Experts, they asked for pictures, to know how to proceed. Within 24 hours 2 guys were here cleaning up, assessing, and evaluating. They were polite, efficient, professional, and also calming. Everything was taken care of quickly. In a moment of high stress they handled everything expertly. I highly recommend them.

We had a fantastic experience with restoration experts. They really took care of my 94 year-old mom with the renovation of some parts of her apartment and they were quick and always available and excellent at what they did.... and even when we were in the apt. some of the time the workers were so nice and easy to be around but overall, the work came out really, really well and we are very, very pleased with every aspect of working together. Thank you!!!!!

We called Restoration Experts on the morning of Christmas Eve. A pipe burst on the 2nd floor of our house soaking the bedroom, draining through the ceiling into the living room and then to the basement soaking drape, rugs, ceilings, floors, walls, windows, furniture. This company is one of the most professional that I have encountered. They are highly skilled, professional and personable.They restored my basement after a flood. They did not cut any corners and my basement looks like a brand new dwelling. No one would know that it had a flood. In addition, the workers were very nice and kind people. I am very pleased with RE. I am 82 YO and have not ever worked on a project of this magnitude before. The job was completed to my satisfaction in about 5 weeks. The workers were highly skilled, efficient, spoke good English and were very eager to please. At the start of the job I was very concerned as many of my condo neighbors who were also affected by the major flood, had many problems with their contractors. Fortunately, I choose RE. Louis DeRosa
