I love Gia, I’ve gone to Gia for electrolysis and waxing over the last several years. She is an expert in her field, on top of being so kind. She is a wizard with eyebrows, mine have never looked better. Highly recommend!
I want to share my experience with Restoration Electrolysis in Rochester, NY, in hopes of helping others make informed decisions. I received two electrolysis treatments (one on each half of my chin) on January 26 and February 1, 2025 respectively. After each session, I developed significant scabbing that lasted around a week. Gia is great! Professional and always on time. Her electrolysis treatments are very effective. It actually feels like a spa treatment. I highly recommend her. She also has an app that makes scheduling a breeze.

Hard to find people who still do electrolysis. Gia is a professional. Liked being able to book an appt online. Highly recommend. Have had a few appointments and would like to return for other services when my schedule allow.
