I recently had a fire on the outside of my house that was cause by a heavy wind and a charcoal BBQ. The damage was about half the exterior of my home. I gave Restoration Done a call after trying to deal with my insurance agency alone. I’m really glad I did. My insurance wanted to pay pennies for the project. Restoration Done was great to work with. Very responsive, professional, and organized from start to finish. They communicated clearly throughout the process and handled everything efficiently, which made the entire restoration much less stressful. I have included photos of each step of the restoration process. Eric and Mike completed the inspection after we discovered a dishwasher leak, and they were both thorough, professional, and easy to work with. The malfunctioning dishwasher component that caused water to pool under the unit, resulted in significant damage to the kitchen cabinets, buckled the hardwood flooring at the seams, and the water traveled through the subfloor into the finished basement, damaging the ceiling materials. I had my house restored after a fire, and this company made the entire process so much easier than I could have imagined. They were extremely professional, communicated with me every step of the way, and always made sure I understood what was happening. Everyone I worked with was kind, respectful, and truly cared about helping me get my home back. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience during such a difficult time, and I’m very grateful for their hard work. Highly recommend!
