I recently had a fire on the outside of my house that was cause by a heavy wind and a charcoal BBQ. The damage was about half the exterior of my home. I gave Restoration Done a call after trying to deal with my insurance agency alone. I’m really glad I did. My insurance wanted to pay pennies for the project. To the point where I had to have pulled money out of my saving to pay for the repairs. Restoration Done fought on my behalf and actually got my insurance to fully pay for all my repairs! Restoration Done was great to work with. Very responsive, professional, and organized from start to finish. They communicated clearly throughout the process and handled everything efficiently, which made the entire restoration much less stressful. I have included photos of each step of the restoration process. Eric and Mike completed the inspection after we discovered a dishwasher leak, and they were both thorough, professional, and easy to work with. The malfunctioning dishwasher component that caused water to pool under the unit, resulted in significant damage to the kitchen cabinets, buckled the hardwood flooring at the seams, and the water traveled through the subfloor into the finished basement, damaging the ceiling materials.
