I had an appointment on Saturday, August 24, 2024 at 12:00. I arrived for my appointment at 15 minutes prior to my appointment and there was no one there. The front door of the building was locked and the window was blacked out and no sigage for Restoration Day Spa on the building. I went to the back of the building and there was a door open. This place is a scam! I had an afternoon appointment set on 8/17/2024. When I showed up the building had a for lease sign on it. The doors were locked. When I called the establishment there was no answer. After calling several times someone finally picked up and told me my masseuse (Nhicole)was sick. No one ever notified me that my appointment was canceled. She then said the owner was there and would be out in a few minutes to let me in. Beware when scheduling online!! I did…and when I showed up for my appointment, I could tell they didn’t show my booking at all. I also overheard the conversation about “not finding my name”. I was the lied to, and told my masseuse “called off sick” that morning. And that “they called me” (I have no missed calls). Would much rather them be honest!!! Unacceptable…
