I love this place! They actually care and listen. I thought I knew every coping skill there was and I was taught a better way...im only 3 weeks in treatment and I look forward to continue learning and improving.
Rude through the door. Needed birth certificate for my daughters after we were earlier told a driver's license would be fine for my oldest. We brought our younger daughters passport ( good enough for our government and every other countries). We were. Turned away for appointment. I can't give a review of actual service as we did not get that far. There is no law requiring such I'd. The lady at front who did not identify herself said she was the manager and offered no help nor option.
From the time I walked through the door I felt at ease. The receptionist made me feel welcome and safe, as did Brenda! The conselors here have touched my life,and left a permanent impression on my heart. They care so much for all their patients, and go above and beyond to care for them! With the heart of a servant, with the touch of God, they are able to give you the right tools to help you during your recovery process.
