I am a current patient here. Dr. Russell and his team has worked hard to take care of my issues stemming from a rather severe jaw and upper neck issue. With an approach focused on education and patient involvement, over the past several weeks I have gone from not being able to hold my head up, chew, and not being able to complete a whole work day to working out, enjoying hikes with my girlfriend and doing all the things I always enjoyed. Going to Dr. Russell was one of the best decisions I could make! In this short time I notice so many positive changes in my gait, energy, sleep and overall stress. I had a lot of lower back pain and muscle tenderness and in less than 3 months most of that pain is gone! I know consistency is definitely key to seeing long term success so I am so excited to continue my care with him! Dr. Russell did an amazing job, explained the x-rays thoroughly and walked me through what we were looking at, what he was doing when doing the manipulations, and how to help avoid and alleviate pains. Best chiropractor I've seen. I already scheduled my next appointment!
Contemplated seeing a chiropractor for years but was very hesitant. Dr Russell has made such a difference in my back and shoulder pain! I have curvature, bone spurs, uneven hips and arthritis. I never expected to find help but it is amazing! Don’t put off relief like I did!
Dr. Russell has helped me tremendously. I was having neck and low back pain that was preventing me from playing with my kids as much as I wanted and keeping me away from the gym. After seeing him for a couple weeks, I was able to go back to the gym and play with my kids again.
