Restoration Builders replaced our roof and siding October 2021 due to hail damage. Since their work is still under warranty, they have to do the repairs. Problem is, no one answers the phones and when we finally got through to someone via online chat/text and were put on the schedule... no one showed up.
If zero was a possibility, I’d leave that. Local office address is a dental company. No one answers phone. Texts to corporate work, and can schedule through that route; only issue is they don’t show up when scheduled. They bought Elbert a few years ago, not local. Been ghosted twice. Stay away
I recently had my roof and siding replaced by Resoration Builders. The salesman assured me it was “hurricane proof” but I had several pieces of siding blow off. I have called multiple times and left voicemails and received no response. The work looked good at first but it is clear now that it was quickly thrown together with poor craftsmanship and their customer service team lacks professionalism from my experience.
They have been non-responsive to requests to fix a roof issue under warranty with former Elbert Roofing.
Previously Elbert Roofing ! It doesn’t surprise me. Pics don’t show the scope of things wrong nor am I going to get on my roof to take them !
