If I could give them a minus 5 I would ! Where do we begin ? Hired them to handle the insurance claim and do our new roof . Took them 6 months to finally put on a roof , with repeated calls to them asking when it’s gonna start . No communication from anyone except excuses of people quitting . They tried and scammed our insurance company telling them they had to replace 12 sheets of plywood . When I was home all day and they didn’t !! They were a scam from the word go!! roof has leaked for last 5 years the have done it, came and repaired twice and still leaking. Reached back out and spoke to a rep there and he said he along with the rest of the company has been laid off so they can not cover the roof any more. RUN AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!
You get the run around from this company. They come across very nice and helpful until they get their money. Then they are very unresponsive to phone calls and Make every excuse possible to not help. They have owed us a couple thousand dollars since last year. They also have to repair the new roof that they just put on last fall. Of course, we keep getting excuses why they can’t come fix the problem. We call about once per week and still no results.
I hired them a few months ago to do a small roof for me, it’s been over a month with no communication, the roof they had installed is leaking, no gutters, facia or soffit installed yet. I now have to hire another company to come finish up my project as it’s costing me everyday that I wait on them.
I would like to thank Restoration Builders for an absolutely beautiful job on my roof, and to Rob & Leona I’m forever grateful & thankful for you. Most definitely will be doing more business with this company again gutters & siding will be next. Thank you so very much
