Maybe use this company for fire and water damage but definitely do not use this company for repair and rebuild of a floor. Very nice person in the beginning and then when they don’t install the right flooring but get paid for it from homeowners since it was a homeowners claim, Not very nice to do to a woman who is a senior citizen that lives alone total nightmare with this owner, and I even will say crew because they were rude for the most part. Restoration 1 did an amazing job in my basement after water damage. So polite, and kept me up on what they were doing. The clean up after the job was done was awesome! They had to cut the sheet rock and remove mold and its perfect. I would definitely recommend Restoration 1 to anyone! I will definitely call them again if I need them. Thank you, you made a very stressful situation so much better!
