I do not hesitate recommending Restoration 1. Bob Couture was great to work with and his crew was excellent. Bob was quick to respond to assess the problem and provided an extremely reasonable estimate. His crew was top notch, working quickly and thoroughly to remediate the problem, followed by the repair crew to fix and paint the ceiling. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work or the professionalism of the staff.

Bob and his team were efficient, professional, and communicative throughout the rebuild of my basement. We had a sewage backup with about 5 inches of black water that destroyed many of our belongings and the team was respectful and understanding. They worked efficiently and quickly and our basement now looks better than it did before the flood.
