If I could give Restoration 1 ten stars I would! After my uncle moved out of his condo we realized we had a serious mold problem. We had a buyer for his unit and the mold was discovered on inspection. We needed to deal with this quickly and looked online for a company who could help us. We had a 4inch cast iron wastewater pipe that drained a second floor bathroom that was leaking inside our kitchen wall. Our plumbers put us in touch with Restoration 1 and Troy Goeller responded quickly and soon had a crew out to tear out the wall, cabinets and sink. They treated the area for mold and set up fans and dehumidifiers in the kitchen and basement. Troy and his team were very professional and very efficient, quickly taking charge of the situation. I strongly recommend their services.
