Restoration 1 of Southern Connecticut was excellent to work with. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They responded quickly, were thorough in inspecting my home, and made me feel much more at ease throughout the process. I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing restoration or mold-related services.

I cannot say enough about how fantastic the Restoration 1 crew was after a burst pipe disaster in our home. Troy and Nicole treated us and our situation with such a high level of knowledge, expertise, efficiency, and, above all, compassion that this review goes FAR BEYOND a simple "very professional" rating. Can't begin to tell you how much Nicole and her crew helped me in my family from start to finish. Because we're still not finished. And we're still in touch And I remember all three crew member names.But carlos and the two jamaican guys for them to think to save pictures for us.And some other things that kinda tugged on my heart strings i really, really respected, appreciated it. Excellent experience from start to finish. Nicole treated us with the upmost respect and was helpful throughout the entire process. The team who came to our house did a phenomenal job. I will highly recommend Restoration 1 to anyone in need in the future.
