Restoration 1 provided a quality service at my house. Troy the project lead for my service call was an exceptional communicator and very helpful in providing a solution to my problem. The crew were professional and arrive on time and left my house clean. I could not ask for better service.
Troy and his team did a great job handling our important remediation project. He was responsive and was able to accommodate all of our needs. I would refer Restoration 1 to my family and friends.
My bottom floor condo had extensive water damage from a third floor hot water heater. A company came removed sections of carpeting in three rooms, picked up their dehumidifiers a few days later and never came back to remove wet sheetrock. Consequently the condo developed mold and cracks in addition to the water damage.
