I’ve used Restoration 1 twice and had excellent experiences both times. Troy responded immediately on both occasions, quickly assessing the damage and clearly explaining the process, which really put me at ease. Sean handled the removal, cleaning, and setup of fans and dehumidifiers with great care, always protecting surrounding areas and saving materials whenever possible for the rebuild process. Working with Troy and Carlos was a fantastic experience. Our pipes broke when we were out of town. We called them to come stop the damage and they were there within 30 minutes. Over the course of the next couple of weeks they helped us remediate the place. They helped us just in general with a lot of really great references and help and assistance and they did it with nothing but professionalism and patience over the entire process. Couldn't recommend these guys more
