They were wonderful from start to finish, answered all of our questions and were prompt and professional. Absolutely recommend. Chad, Austin, Chase, and Tifon were the best!
My wife and I are extremely pleased with the work Restoration 1 did remediating the water damage caused by our dishwasher. They sent out Chad as the lead for our job, and we couldn't be happier with the results. He answered all of our questions, quickly responded to calls and texts, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. Thank you!
Had the pleasure of working with Chad from Restoration 1 and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Chad was professional, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to explain everything instead of just throwing a bunch of industry jargon at me. Great communication, showed up when he said he would, and made the whole process easy. If you need restoration work done, I’d definitely recommend Chad and Restoration 1. Good dude and even better service!
Professional all the way. Polite, considerate, great communication.
Jonathan was great to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward. He took the time to explain everything and answer our questions. Excellent service and would definitely recommend Restoration 1!
