Restoration 1 was quickly responsive, efficient, and affordable! I had a leak in my home and they were there within 30min and did everything possible to make sure my home was dry!
My house flooded and we call Restoration 1 thinking they were going to be there the following day, but they showed up to my house within 45 minutes of the call. They set up all their equipment the same day and came back the next day with even more equipment acting very fast to prevent any serious water damage. They Explained everything they were doing and why they were doing while at the same time advising on what to do next to make the process very simple and cost efficient. I am really glad we got to work with them.
Trey, Zach and the entire team are fantastic! We woke up the morning after Christmas to a water leak that spread between the kitchen and living room. Restoration 1 is just all around a fantastic company! We had a water leak that caused damage to our floors. We called Trey and the team came out immediately! They’ve been a godsend! They helped us through the claims process and took care of everything! 10/10 experience!
After a very stressful and exhausting situation dealing with water damage throughout my home, we had been given the run around by a few other companies.
