They were professional on time and organized but after assuring us the insurance company would pay for everything they did ,after paying them the price they quoted and the insurance paid.they showed up on our doorstep with no notice give and demanded a additional 12 thousand dollars or they were not returning our property they placed in storage . Basically strong arming me while my husband was at work we had no choice but to pay them . Do not trust this company
DO NOT use this company. They set up an appointment with me on a Monday. I drove over an hour to meet them just for them to call me (30 minutes after) and say they had to reschedule. They took over a week to send me a quote. They then proceeded to charge $2300!!! Just for small mold remediation on the ceiling.
These guys quickly came in to take care of water damage from a 2nd floor bath leak. They removed the damaged material, repaired everything (except some trim work that I chose to do myself), and cleaned the work area before leaving. I highly recommend Restoration 1. Their professional attitude, attention to detail, and prompt completion of the job was well appreciated. Highly recommend!
They came the same day I called and saved my kitchen renovation. Black mold was discovered after cabinets were removed, but Restoration 1 mitigated the mold and put up new drywall all in the same day. Thank you.
