Ryan and Restoration One is a fantastic company. Ryan and his team are extremely educated on mitigation and especially mold control. They care and are very thorough, and communicate at high level with concerned customers like me. I highly recommend this company for restoration projects!
Ryan and the Restoration 1 team set the standard for excellence, and it’s a high bar that they’ve set. We had a plumbing issue requiring mitigation in our household and Ryan and his team were able to come out immediately and help us assess the damage as well as a plan to remediate the issue. Ryan & his crew were amazing, very accommodating even though there were insurance issues! Charlie Morales went above & beyond putting so much effort in!! The sub contractor that Charlie got me, Freedom Remodeling were also amazing! All were very good to work with & amazing people! I am very pleased with the end result after the water damage, would highly recommend Ryan Cole, Charlie Morales, and the whole crew! Thank you all so much for all the effort you put in.
Ryan and his team were AWESOM on there promptness and dedication to my needs on 10/06/24. I was over joyed and pleased with their performance. Ryan, was so understanding, and very easy to work with and gave the best possible price regarding my situation. He has a great heart. I hope I never have this problem again anytime soon, but Restoration 1 of GR will definitely be my first choice. Highly recommend and a blessing!
