Restoration 1 is first class. I appreciate their initial assessment of the unusual water problem we had. Jack and Dylan were extremely helpful Day 1. It took a bit to find the actual source and Kelyn, our project manager, and team were all in, determined to find the leak. Kaleb found the broken pipe- thank you very much. Bryan and Shane took over and organized the massive work that had to be completed. 100% recommend restoration 1 for any water damage detection. Victor and Adrian did awesome work, great communication, and always professional. So respectful to our family and needs as well! We had a great experience with Restoration 1. Kelyn, Trevor, and Dillon were incredibly professional, helpful, and prompt in meeting our needs. Kelyn came to our home on two different occasions to check our attic for mold. Both times he came quickly and provided honest feedback- we didn't end up needing any work done and he was very upfront about what he found. To start I didn't even call these guys my upstairs neighbor did. I'm glad to have met them however. It started with Mychael who was great. He leaked more information that my upstairs neighbor drain pipe did water. I was assigned Kelyn as a project manager who had gone above and beyond to take care of any issues me and my neighbor have had. Shane and Bryan worked hard finding all the water damage and working carefully while removing pieces from my kitchen that could be saved.
