My wife and I contracted Restoration 1 to complete the attic remediation work needed. We received a bid in early summer and considered other options. Late fall, we reached back out to Restoration and let them know we want to go ahead. While they did reach out and ask if we wanted to use their service in summer, they were never pushy or short, just let us know they wanted the job. Restoration 1 is first class. I appreciate their initial assessment of the unusual water problem we had. Jack and Dylan were extremely helpful Day 1. It took a bit to find the actual source and Kelyn, our project manager, and team were all in, determined to find the leak. Kaleb found the broken pipe- thank you very much. Bryan and Shane took over and organized the massive work that had to be completed. 100% recommend restoration 1 for any water damage detection. Victor and Adrian did awesome work, great communication, and always professional. So respectful to our family and needs as well! Kelyn came to our home on two different occasions to check our attic for mold.
