Restoration 1 made a bad experience as good as possible. Had a flood in my laundry room that leaked down to main level. Brandon and the team arrived promptly, explained the process, mitigated the issue and cleaned up everything quickly and professionally. Very responsive and helpful!

I've worked with Restoration 1 before they are an excellent organization and their workers are topnotch! Austin has been here a couple years ago so nice to have someone I've worked with before back and Terry, who was new, was excellent, too! The whole team was wonderful, including Brendan (I didn't get the names of two of the guys but all were thorough and thoughtful).

We retained Restoration 1 of Cary for remediation work at our house following a fire with substantial water and smoke damage. The engagement team, led by Josh & Austin were fantastic throughout the entire process. Very responsive, professional and courteous and kept us informed each step in the process. We would certainly use them again.

Brandon was thorough and did a great job explaining what was needed, why and what the job would entail. Terry and Connor then did a terrific job, were professional and terrific and cleaning the area when done. I highly recommend them!

Save yourself a lot of trouble and make Restoration 1 your first call when you have water damage. Quick responses, extremely knowledgeable. Josh was fantastic. Could not recommend enough.
