We had an incredible experience with the Restoration 1 team at a very difficult time when we experienced flooding in our basement. The team was extremely responsive from the moment we reached out and they were onsite within a few short hours of notifying them. They were able to immediately make an impact by remediating the water, drying the floors/drywall, and salvaging a significant portion of our basement. Unfortunately we had a sub pump fail this week. I called Restoration 1 right away because of a previous positive experience. Quickly I received a call back at a very early hour in the morning, their receptionist was very kind and empathetic. Josh the project manager assessed the situation and was quick to get his team over to rectify the situation. Austin, Dylan, Chris, Joe and Connor were courteous and respectful and very punctual. I would recommend this team highly.

We had a great experience with Restoration 1 during a very stressful water damage situation. From the beginning, Brenden was very helpful when he came out to get everything set up and walk us through the initial process. He made sure everything was in place and helped us understand what to expect moving forward. Highly Recommend for Water Damage & mold removal!! When our basement sump pump failed and caused a flood, I was completely overwhelmed. I called Restoration One to see if they could help, and Cary, the owner, was an absolute lifesaver. She was super helpful, calmed my nerves, and talked me through the entire process step-by-step.
