Brandon was thorough and did a great job explaining what was needed, why and what the job would entail. Terry and Connor then did a terrific job, were professional and terrific and cleaning the area when done. I highly recommend them!
Save yourself a lot of trouble and make Restoration 1 your first call when you have water damage. Quick responses, extremely knowledgeable. Josh was fantastic. Could not recommend enough.

Terry Austin and Conner were amazing. They came in and took care of our water damages immediately. They were amazing communicators throughout the entire process and made a bad situation seem pleasant with their understanding not only of our damages but the stressed it caused us.
