The Restoration 1 team truly helped us recover from a very difficult situation regarding my elderly father's home. Brendan C did a great job preparing a thorough damage remediation quote and productively working with my Dad's insurance company. Once the insurance funds were received - the R1 ground team (Austin K, Terry T and Nathan O and Henry C) did a fantastic job of recovering from the significant damage we were facing. Great job R1!
After my water heater in the basement broke and sprayed water all over, my daughter’s current contractor, Adam, recommended Restoration 1 to assess and remediate the problem. Brendan responded quickly and the crew ( Terry and Henroy) were here within a few days. They did a great job of clearing out the contents of my basement and cleaned and sanitized the basement to get rid of mold. They were efficient, hard working and kind. We had some water damage in our basement due to a frozen pipe and Restoration 1 was very prompt to asses the damage and take the necessary steps to avoid things from escalating they presented a damage control and repair that was very good and helped with all the mitigation and repair work Everyone was very helpful and professional from Brendan assessing the situation to Kevin and Sigi with the repairs I wild gladly recommend them Thank you!
