If I could, I would give a 0 star. My husband and I had a house fire in August of 2023. We went with a different restoration company but weren't happy with their performance. That's when I found Restoration1, **** Premer in Fort Wayne, Indiana. When my husband and I met with him at our house, he was so confident in getting our house back together. Dj and his crew did a great job with the Mold Remediation.
Justin and Sean were amazing! Told us exactly what they were doing. Josh explained everything so that we could understand.
Paul and Josh were Quick, Knowledgeable and Professional with the water cleanup in our home. A GREAT team at a stressful time!!
I have had hurricane damage to homes twice but never this much trouble dealing with insurance. If not for the guidance and help from Restoration 1, I don’t think I could have dealt with all the problems. And I don’t think all the problems would have been fully uncovered and completely fixed. Every time I called with a new issue, they knew exactly how to manage it and I cannot express how much I appreciate them. If anyone has a catastrophe, CALL RESTORATION 1 IMMEDIATELY! You will not be disappointed.
Can’t say enough positive things about Restoration1. They work hard to get you back in your house after catastrophic events. They help you deal with the complexities of insurance companies. They are a great company and I hope I never need them again but if I do, I will not hesitate to use them. You shouldn’t either.
