Awesome service, prompt, great communication and very knowledgeable! I also was impressed at how respectful the workers were. my parents are in their 80s and this was a difficult circumstance and they made the whole process so much better! Zach was amazing! The workers Javier and Nikki did exceptional work! We will recommend Restoration 1

Zach, Nicki, Javier, and James have been a absolute pleasure to work with. I had a water damage in my crawlspace and they have worked very hard to get everything taken care of. Communication has been amazing, at no point throughout this process have I ever wondered what the next steps are! Nickie and Javier have been super respectful and are a great team!

Zach came quickly and assessed, then his team ( Nikki, Javier and James) joined him and did an excellent job cleaning up a huge area of standing water/sewage in the crawl space under my kitchen. It was a tight area and a big job. The pictures showed the progression of their work and it was thorough. They kept the smell down and treated the area so I could get a plumber in quickly. I was anxious about the whole thing, but they put me at ease and kept me in the loop the whole time. I 100% recommend and I would use them again.

Zach, Javier, and Nickie did an amazing job at my property! They came out at 6pm on a Friday and stayed till 11:30pm! They were super respectful and such hard workers! They actually cared about my property and treated everything with respect! Communication was also stellar!

Zach was the project manager on my house. He was knowledgeable and was very helpful with scheduling and answering any questions I had regarding my project and status of the job. Javier was in charge of my project. Javier was very friendly and professional. He made sure to call ahead of time with an accurate eta before arrival. He always clearly communicated scope of work for the day and provided me updates on the progress at the end of the day.
