Restoration 1 Yakima took care of a water damage issue in our condo bathroom. We were visited promptly by Justus who did thorough eval, laid out the plan and sent a crew the next day. Nickie worked on our project with promptness, stellar communication, respect for our home, excellent competence and work ethic. The project manager Zach was also responsive, helpful and dependable. Highly recommend.

Had a flood in the basement. Justus came out to assess the situation and sent out Anna, Emilio, and Ryan. Did a great job and did an outstanding job representing this company…very professional!
We had a sewage flood in the basement, Anna and Emilio came the first day, very professional and friendly. Did a great job with the cleanup. They made sure to explain everything and were very polite, helpful, and professional! Second day of cleanup, Ryan and Anna came to complete the job! They got it finished! Well my mom’s house burned down, the night of the fire they boarded up the windows and did an asbestos report. The company doing the demo of the house neeeded the asbestos report for the county to get permits for the demo. When we asked for the report, they said they didn’t have them because we didn’t not continue business with them. Mind you, they were paid almost $2,000 to board up 3 windows and do the report.
