We were concerned about a musty smell in our house and the possibility of microbial mold buildup. Justin came to give us a quote on remediation. He discovered a very small water leak and a small amount of mold. It was such a small job that he told us how we could fix it ourselves and did not charge us anything. Justin is a man of integrity and honesty. We highly recommend him and his company.

Restoration 1 was at our house within the hour after calling. They communicated everything that needed to be done and then got it done. Everyone involved was friendly and skilled in the part they were responsible to do. Thank you Ron, Jessica, Haiden, Robbie and Zack.
After we had a water leak that soaked through and created a hole in the drywall basement ceiling, Josh reviewed the situation; he felt it was too small of a job to get them involved, although if we wanted that, he would make it happen. The people he recommended did a quick and excellent job. We appreciated Josh's integrity and would definitely reach out to Restoration 1 again when an issue arises!
Beware of this place. They are incompetent and unprofessional. My friend Kathy had a flood in her house in October and it's still not finished. Not even close. They started off okay ripping up the floor and her bathroom. Then they just stopped because they wanted more money. Even Kathy's insurance company thought it was excessive. She gave them more money so they said they would be back but never did. Kathy is a disabled senior citizen that has severe back problem and needs a walker.
