Had a washing machine leak in a rental house in Post Falls and our tenant called this company as it was in the evening and it needed attention. This company made the damage sound terrible and my husband was out of town so we asked them to begin drying things out. They put some fans in place, took a piece of tile out of our entry to test for asbestos and left and didn’t come back til my husband called and asked to meet someone out there. Wow!! I didn’t think I would ever have to go through this experience with a water leak!! All the people involved from the beginning to the end helped make this less stressful!! I appreciate Kate in billing for her patience with me and also Toni and I believe his name was Cody(?). They returned my furniture and boxes at the end. They all were so sweet and hardworking! Thank you so much!!!
