They lied to me about the cost of service. It was more than double what I was told and what the paper said it would be. They charged two to three times market price for demo in my opinion and experience. I will never use them again and recommend no one else too. They clearly think they can charge exorbitant amounts of money because to being billed to insurance. Disgusting behavior that hurts people in their worst moments.

5+ Gold Stars to Austin Walsh for the work he did on our home not once but twice in the last 7 months! Unfortunately we had two separate water damage incidents. Austin's professionalism, knowledge and patience were superior! He communicated with us consistently from start to finish! We finalized the work that was done and wanted to give a shout out to Austin and Restoration 1 for a job well done! Thank you!

Ryan, Kayden, Ashton and Dalton came and helped clean up an 8 inch flood in our home. They were prompt, efficient and courteous the entire time. I highly recommend them!
