Had a second septic backup in our bathroom. Josh couldn't find any signs of damage. They were quick to respond, as they did in February of last year. That time there was significant damage and they helped us deal effectively and directly with our insurance. All their employees were very professional and did great work for us! Highly recommend hiring them!
I’m posting this as a warning to other contractors. I completed approximately 90% of the work on two separate projects, only to have this company bring in someone else for the final 10%. By blocking my access to the final inspections, they effectively prevented me from requesting the final payment—resulting in a loss of several thousand dollars for a one-man shop. I contacted Restoration 1 Because I suddently had 3" of water in my crawlspace. Ron Brooks was here that same morning to access the problem and give me an estimate, whtch was very reasonable and I agreed with it. They had 2 men here that afternoon to remove all the water and install heaters, fans and dehumidifyers in the crawlspace! They also recommended a reliable plumber to install sump pumps to prevent furture accummulation and then install a new moisture barrier. I cannot recommend this organization highly enough!
