We recently had an emergency leak that bled into our ceiling on the first floor. Luckily we caught it early and we contacted RestoPros and they were at our house the next morning to stop the issue before it got worse. They were able to completely dry the area where the leak was and take out the damaged dry wall within a couple of days. Colton at RestoPros was very professional and trustworthy - always promptly answered my calls or texts and tried to address any concerns I had. He worked hard to save me money and did. The job took longer than it should have, primarily due to subs - which is why 4 stars instead of 5. But I am pleased with the final outcome.

Their crew was professional, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. They went above and beyond not only fixing the problem but making sure everything looked even better than before. You can tell they actually care about their customers and take the time to do the job right instead of cutting corners. Jan 17th I reached out to get a mold issue inspected and resolved, after asking me to text them the damage I could see, they didnt respond until the 22nd and then said they'd need to call me the following week to set up a time... Odd. Then someone passed in their organization and it impacted everyone so no one could come out, I offered my condolences and gave it another week before I reached out again for service.
