I was referred to this office by my local patient care. I had an initial interview with Dr.Farber which went fine. He mentioned to me that someone would reach out that day or the following to reschedule for another meeting. I've sent multiple emails and left multiple voicemails which were never returned. Its been almost two weeks with no one reaching out to me. I finally got ahold of Sydney(the office manager) at the office and explained my frustrations on the lack of follow up. I enjoyed working with Madeline the past 3 years. The office ghosts your phone calls and doesn’t call you back. Booking appointments through email was successful, until my appointment randomly got cancelled. I was supposed to get a call back and never did. After reaching out through email and calling a few times to rebook I’ve stopped trying. It’s wrong that a mental health business does this to their patients. It’s comforting, yet disappointing, to know that it’s not just me and they’ve been doing it to other patients too.
