9/25/24 UPDATE (CENTERVILLE LOCATION) The young lady maintaining the front is horrible. She's just there to keep the seat warm. She has no clue to what she's doing. She lacks proper customer service and communication. I waited an hour to not even be seen, because the front desk failed to do their job properly. I booked an appointment with the Doctor Iskander but was not seen by him (not sure why) and after waiting for almost 50 minutes with no patient waiting there. I was seen by another examiner, She collected the sample required for the test and guess what the results came out of that exam - Unsatisfactory because the sample collection was insufficient. They charged my insurance. This is my second experience here. It appears the same office had changed its name which I realized after the visit there recently. I had similar exper... read more
0/10 recommendation Dr.isklander is a great doctor but his staff is VERY unprofessional. They cancel appointments and don’t notify the patient. I was yelled at by a staff member over the Phone Carroll R. I just would find another OBGYN this place is terrible at patient management. Sorry to Dr. Islander I liked him as a doctor but his rude staff is what will turn new and current patients to other Doctors.
