The young lady that works reception is HORRIBLE at her job. I’ve got wrongly scheduled three times & didn’t find out until I was physically in the doctors office.. I drive an hour to get there btw. Customer service is terrible & I will never return here again. My main purpose for my visit was to get my anatomy scan done & wasn’t notified the sonographer was out of office until 30 minutes of me sitting in the waiting area (not by the receptionist by the way). 9/25/24 UPDATE (CENTERVILLE LOCATION) The young lady maintaining the front is horrible. She's just there to keep the seat warm. She has no clue to what she's doing. She lacks proper customer service and communication. I waited an hour to not even be seen, because the front desk failed to do their job properly.
