I do not like to give bad reviews, but This was a difficult and unpleasant visit. The MRI tech dramatically underestimated the time I would be there ( 45 min vs the actual 2 hours.) She did not give me the foam ear plugs until I specifically asked for them. She did not seem to acknowledge me when I told her the left ear phone was not working and I could not hear music through it, only the MRI blasting in that ear. Fairfax Radiology at Herndon/Reston asked to be there 15 mi Ute before my appointment. I arrived to my appointment 20 minutes early. I wasn’t seeing until 50 minutes later. I had to ask twice what was the delay. Nobody could tell me anything. There was no apology from the people at the front desk. When finally I was taken to have my test done. I had to take time off from my work. My time is as valuable as theirs. There was no communication on their part. I will never go back to this location again and I don’t recommend it.
