I was able to get my AC fixed in 20 minutes. Thanks to Henry and his maintenance crew there was a fast responce to my request.
There are rats EVERYWHERE! They were coming out of every crack in the apartment. Imagine using the bathroom and rats… and I mean plural come running from under the bathroom cabinet!! You can go to the office to try to get help but they’ll just flip through 20+ pages of rodent complaints and add you in at the very end of the list. And if they do show up to help it’s weeks after the initial complaint and they’ll only show up with 3 traps for the entire apartment!! The rats are on every single surface and in everything!
