Miss Ada Is My Favorite Person , She’s about her business overall but she’s very kind and sweet and puts a lot of effort into families and making sure you feel heard and safe in your home . The Maintenance Supervisor Tim is also very professional and timely when you put in orders he’s out at 9am sharp to get all Maintenance issues filled along with his team of techs . Drug dealer moved in not long ago and now the sidewalk behind the apartment is full of crack heads all hours of the day and night. They hang out by the dumpsters and the sidewalk. If they hadn’t let a drug dealer move in this apartment wouldn’t be as bad as it is.
I’m very impressed with the Glade Engineering team in Reston. They always find the best solution to any problem and work quickly and efficiently to get things resolved. Everyone on the team is friendly, helpful, and professional. A special thank you to Supervisor Henry and his entire team for their excellent work and dedication. They are truly a great team, and I really appreciate their outstanding service. Highly recommended..
