We have been in this apartment for less than a month. Rather than give my opinions, I will state facts: We were supposed to move in to an apartment in a building on the other side of the complex that was in “pristine” condition. It was not ready on the agreed upon date. According to the leasing office it needed to be repainted. Due to my husband’s military obligations and the fact that we paid movers for June 25th we could not change the move in date without significant financial penalties.
