Dr Gordon is great! He treated me today for runner's nails - bruised and discolored nails - caused by many years of running, hiking and racquetball. He trimmed the affected nails thoroughly and carefully and did a fantastic job. I am recommending him to everyone I know!
From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, who goes above and beyond to ensure patients leave with a smile. As someone new to the area and unfamiliar with my new insurance, she took the time to explain everything and made sure I wouldn’t face any unexpected bills. They left me in an exam room and went home! The entire experience was bad. From the check in process, to the wait, then getting to the exam room and waiting well past my appt time. When I came out, most people were gone. All the patients that came in after me, the doctors, most of the support staff. The woman at check out went looking for someone when she found out I had never been seen, and apologized, cancelled my appt, and asked if I wanted to reschedule?! Reschedule with a ghost doctor? I was even sent the automated surv... read more
