Dr Shaun Hafner really helped by evaluating my ex rays prior to recommending a prescribed treatment. The choices were made very quickly & clear with his years of experience to give me a more conservative approach. Grateful to know that surgery was not the first or last option. My specific case was such that I had many other options. That’s such a relief & grateful that my alternative care was first & foremost my own choice. Many thanks for your expertise & support during this challenging situation.
I waited almost two hours after my appointment time to be seen by Dr. Lisa A. Beckinella. They offered no apology for making me wait and she didn’t spend more than 5 minutes with me. They also tried to sell me a $1,200 in orthodics and a $50 lotion at the end. Do not recommend this doctor or practice
Dr Gordon has always provided excellent care, kept me informed, and greatly improved the level of comfort I’ve had…I highly recommend him and his practice.
I am grateful to Dr Gordon for his expertise , he listens carefully to the issues that I have with my feet and pays attention to detail. The office staff at the Reston location are professional and courteous My only concern is that the building at Reston is dark and dingy and the hallway carpet coming out of the elevator needs cleaning.
I continue to come back to this office because of Dr. Han. She is a wonderful doctor—kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to listen to her patients and provides excellent care, which is why I have remained a patient here. Unfortunately, my experiences with the front desk staff have been very disappointing. On at least three separate visits, I left feeling frustrated by the way I was treated.
