This is a true story. My grandmother and grandfather are buried at Rest Lawn in the late 1970's. My aunt purchased the two plots next to my grandparents, which were her parents. Over the years she would talk about wanting to be burried next to her mother and father. My aunt, was a mother to me. My mother left our family when I was very young. Shame on you Restlawn. To treat people so poorly when they are grieving. You and your growns crew need some serious people skills.
Restlawn Memorial Park and Mausoleum is pathetic – This cemetery is supposed to be a beautiful tribute and final resting place for the men and women who served our country BUT it's actualy a pathetic joke. After a rain, water standes everywhere, submursing head stones, and making it impossible to visit loved ones. In mowing, the headstones are literally 'mowed' over, which in turn damages them, and sends them deeper into the ground. I suggest calling the office at Restlawn and ask for the manager. They will be able to explain all that they have done over the past several years of ownership to make improvements and address these concerns.
Quality service – I feel Restlawn offers the best combination of price and service of any of the local cemeteries. They are big enough to provide a lot of options, but small enough to care about me.
FREEBIE – THESE OPINIONATED HYPOCRITES SEND A MAILER CONCERNING FREE BURIAL TO THE VETERAN AND, SPOUSE MAY BE BURIED HERE... WHO DOES NOT SEE THROUGH THEIR CURTAIN OF LIES TO DECIPHER "SPOUSE MAY BE BURIED HERE" WILL BE AT A COST? TO DRAW ON THE VETERAN THINGY, POSITIONS THEM AT THEIR LOWEST, IF THAT'S FEASABLE.

I can understand how a burial space at no charge can seem unrealistic. However, we did run a special that provided a 100% free burial space for any honorably discharged veteran of our armed forces. It was our way of thanking those that served to protect America's freedom. (We also have a memorial program the weekend of Memorial Day at no cost to show our appreciation too).
