We used this funeral home for my father who passed eight years ago. They were efficient, caring and performed their services well.Fast forward to June 16, 2023. The ineptitude is mind boggling. We paid over $2800 for cremation for our mom. When she passed it was at 10:50 pm. We waited two hours for the funeral home to pick Mom up. When the time came to use services/cemetery plot purchased from this business 39 years ago, we were informed there had been "encroachment" on the plot and it was not usable for two full body burials as it was purchased for. After a number of unpleasant experiences with and letters to this company, they decided there was "not encroachment." However, when we requested proof of both of these statements, they could not/did not provide either.
