Left without fixing the heating for my tenants in the middle of winter. Gave me the wrong advice and I had to call another HVAC company who actually fixed the system. I texted them and emailed them. Restivo's did not respond to follow-up questions about their report. Waste of money.
What a fantastic company. Our company lost heat in our showroom Dec 19th. After speaking with Jack, his crew was on site on the 22nd. They found that the ductless unit wasn't working properly and explained the cost to repair that 10+ year old unit Vs replacement options. We decided to replace the unit. Keep in mind this is 3 days before Christmas, with snow in the forecast. The 23rd all parts were here, and installed on the 26th during a snowstorm. Up and running perfectly. Saturday night after our big family Christmas get together we noticed our home getting chilly, it wasn’t that it was in the 20’s outside- our furnace went out! One call to Restivos and a gracious John answered and travelled an hour to repair our furnace, he was professional, courteous and very well versed in our furnace’s needs. Our hot water is now better than ever and we are grateful. Restivos is a family owned business who cares and hires employees who truly care about customers.
