One-Star Review: Great HVAC Work, But Poor Follow-Up and Accountability Restivo Heating & Cooling did a wonderful job on my HVAC system overall — I’m completely satisfied with the performance now that the work is finished. However, the process started off rocky when one of their technicians accidentally dropped one of the heat exchange units from about 6 to 7 feet onto my cement basement floor. I caught it on video. Restivo's replaced our boiler and did an excellent job. We have an older home that has some complicated plumbing and electrical work and the Restivo's team was able to navigate it well. We are glad we chose them. They have an excellent customer service team and are always quick to respond to further questions we've had.
Ive had a real bad experience with Restivos 3 times they came out and spending and dishing out money and my ac still doesnt work will never recommend these people im going with another co
Positive experience, the HVAC technician Kevin was very good. I had general maintenance done on my Central A/C units. The job was thorough and Kevin answered all my questions. Also there was no additional fees, the price was what they said it would be. I appreciate the honesty.
