The think that annoys me is that even though you buy a permanent vase they throw away your flowers two or three times a year even if the flowers look good. The other issue is that many of the graves markers are sunken down and under water during rainy seasons. It seems to me that they should raise these graves so that they are above the water.
Be careful. The funeral home selling caskets for $4650 when you can buy the same casket online for $1095. The funeral home tried their hardest to discourage us but we bought online anyway. The online store had 350 models to pick from and the funeral home had 8 models. Can you imagine the funeral home was 4x more expensive. The funeral home explained it away by saying their overhead was a lot higher. The online casket was beautiful.
We are very satisfied. They were always there to help and made the experience as good as it could have been.
They made my family feel completely comfortable. We had plenty of questions and they took the time to answer all of them.

I had to go in there several times and finally a YEAR later had to threaten them to get it done. They then tried to charge me and once they figured out I was playing around and was serious about bringing the news out and showing people what kind of place it really was they put the plaque down. Don't go here if you have a choice... read more
Thank you Jonathon for all the work you did to make my brothers's "party" so great! Thanks to Resthaven for having shuch caring people. The facilities , grounds, staff and service are more then just a cut above! I recommend Resthaven not just for service when someone has passed away, but also to make arrangements far in advance with payments to fit any budget. We did after our mom passed away, she had everything pre-planned and it made everything so much easier!!! So we decided to do the responsible thing, made pre-arrangements and protected our family from further infaltion of cemetery and funeral costs; all anyone will have to do at the time we pass, is pa... read more
