Nadine made us (me and my mother) feel so comfortable. Even after I laughed and said it was creepy. My mom was choosing her casket. It was a better experience than I thought it would be. My mom got everything she wanted and she was so very taken care of by Nadine and everyone was absolutely wonderful.
