Dishonest company. False advertising of product manufacturer origin. I purchased a set of Carlisle 522010 20 oz red plastic tumblers on August 17th and received them on August 20th. The product information on this company's website from which I made my purchase from, states that this product is manufactured in USA. However after I received this product, I looked on the bottom of the product and it clearly shows that it is manufactured in Mexico and not the USA like the website product information states. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 4 chafing dish sets and got not only confirmation of shipping. Instead I received 4 cocktail lamp bases! When I called to inquire I was told there was an error and that a refund will be submitted. Terrible customer service. A business with deceptive practices and making false advertisement.
Stay far away. Sent the wrong unit and has fought us for MONTHS to return the money to the finance company. Does not respond to emails. Terrible customer service.
We ordered 6 frothing tins in 2 sizes. The small ones were not labeled properly and are smaller than advertised. The large ones were much bigger than expected. We attempted to return them UNUSED in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING and we're told we have to pay a significant restocking fee and return shipping fee. After the fees, we will recoup less than 50% of our cost. Found the product I wanted on their website. I submitted a question on the same same site and waited four hours. Since I didn't receive a timely response, I called and spoke to customer service. He couldn't answer my question at that time. This wasn't a problem. I simply asked him to call me back when he had an answer. He did in a timely manner.
