Beware! Do not buy or do business with this company. They are very deceptive and lie about their transactions. I ordered an item listed on the website and got a confirmation for my order. 3 days later I got a shipping confirmation listing the items that I ordered. I purchased an item 2 months ago and it just arrived. Upon arrival, it was missing 6 boxes. I started a chat session and was told that the item didn't come with said boxes. I typically use another supplier, but chose this supplier because the boxes were included (which amounted to approximately $70.00). Stay away from this supplier. Very bad customer service. They ship the defective products and wash their hands off. I bought 3 door glass door refrigerator, it came banged up and it does even work. The compressor is broken. The model was *************** The repairman will not even come for 2 weeks. This was a $5000 item. I bought EMPURA Sandwich/Salad Table Refrigerator EMP-E-KSP29M-D2 - Serial # 8109876 in August 2018 and I am very disappointed because no one sells a drawer slider for me to fix my drawer. My question is: how does a company sell a product that there is no spare part to fix. I think you should immediately stop selling this brand as there is no replacement part on the market. This is very serious.

This website is total joke. They delayed my order a month and another week. Then they tell me they cancel my item because their is price change without telling me until I ask. Please please please stay away from them. This comment could save you a lot of trouble.
I worked with ********** to finance my item i bought from this company. Their vendor restaurant supply dot com sold me a piece of equipment that WAS NOT available. They referred me to ********** to finance this piece of equipment that was NOT available. Avoid this company. Received a defective product and called the same day. I asked for a credit to my account and agreed to return defective product. I dealt with Bryan K***, James B****** and Michael a supervisor. After 5 weeks, 4 emails 8 phone calls with multiple promises to credit my account, I still have not received a credit. Also, I felt their shipping charge was excessive.

The refrigerator I ordered is not in use. The pile at the sliding door sheds leaving tiny black hair all over the fridge and food. Will never buy from them again. They don’t respond to your complains and concerns.
