Beware! this company is NOT FOR BUSINESS. I ordered 5 chafing dishes for my event that were listed on their website (it was on sale). also, I called them to confirm my order. customer service representatives confirm my order and make me sure they will deliver on time. After a few days, I got an email saying my items will take a few more days to deliver. I was fine with that because I had still time for my event. surprisingly I got delivered of water Pitcher (very cheap quality) instead of chafing dishes. Totally different or... read more
This website is total joke. They delayed my order a month and another week. Then they tell me they cancel my item because their is price change without telling me until I ask. Please please please stay away from them. This comment could save you a lot of trouble.
The refrigerator I ordered is not in use. The pile at the sliding door sheds leaving tiny black hair all over the fridge and food. Will never buy from them again. They don’t respond to your complains and concerns.
They have great prices on items. I won't deny that. This isn't a 1 star, because a big amount is on FedEx as well. I ordered a large spatula. Over $12 for shipping, which I was fine with. But with that price of shipping, I was expecting... Decent shipping. The shipping time was fine, just under a week. But when it came in, couldn't believe my eyes.
