Great food and immaculate service. Dawn,our waitress was excellent. The hosts, extraordinary. Try the Snapper, well seasoned and delicious. The views are breath taking, will definitely return.
The EPIC Hotel, Miami has a string of poor reviews, here's mine: 1 - My stay was authorized by a third party but they did not advise re forms that needed filling in prior to check-in, they accepted the reservation on the phone and only after I gave them my cc for incidentals did i inquire - they put the total cost of the stay on my personal card and did not inform me - when i followed up with documentation they dismissed my emails and phone calls and im still arguing over the 350$/pm bill 2 - I had to beg cleaning staff to v... read more
The ambience is great, relaxed, uplifting, so Miami, expensive thought when compare the food with others. Waiters were great, cocktails also very chic. It’s enjoyable, worth to visit.
