My wife visited this store today. She has serious back issues. She walked up to the register area to ask an associate to help load some heavy items on to her trolley. The first employee they asked to help her, well his reply was "I am on my break" and continued to walk away. Another associate over heard him and immediately came to her aid. He was so unbelievably attentive to my wife, he even kept an eye on her as she was checking out and paying for her goods. He asked her if he could help load up her car!! Just the best
Our first time to come here, front lady wasn't friendly and tone of the voice is rude. We were expecting to help us more information about the store policy, but nothing beside to correct our information. Cashier are friendly and convincing us the come back. We love the atmosphere and floor employees are warning us about safety. We might come back but not soon. Thank you for your business.
