Terrible experience. My appointment was at 10:00 AM, and even after several hours, unloading had still not started. This facility has no respect for drivers’ time. The staff work extremely slowly, and communication is poor. Truck drivers are already under strict schedules and HOS regulations, yet this place seems to ignore that completely. I would not recommend this location to any driver unless you are ready to waste your entire day waiting.
