The aisle's are always stacked with pallets, they are constantly out of products. Never any consistency with the products they sell.
This place is so awesome if you need quality restaurant equipment and supplies at great prices. It's truly where restaurants and chefs shop, and I have spotted local chefs shopping here. The have so much including great deals on frozen meats. You do have to have a tax ID to get a membership.
New Year's is right round the corner and you can get this for less than $60!
If you can call your order in before you get there, you don't have to wait!
Don't come on a Saturday if you are in a hurry!
