I wouldn’t go to TD if I didn’t need to purchase items there. No one is interested in helping you find something. The fork lifts are moving all over and honk their horn when you are in the way. Don’t stop for customers. Drivers speed. Very dangerous!
Very good place for business but reception should do a better job, sometimes takes too long to respond to call or to NO response at all
DO NOT SHOP HERE! Do not spend your hard earned money here and expect quality customer service or price fairness. They lie and make up rules as they go along regarding their return policy, even though the return policy is clearly posted on the wall and on your receipt. They are all rude, dismissive and have very poor communication skills. This store is the worst and their prices aren’t competitive to the market as they used to be. Staff very rude. Simple return process of the item that I just purchased and even did not leave the store, took over 40 minutes. Returned because I was overcharged. No apology, nothing. Was sent from person to person, from one desk to another. Manager wasn't helping. When complained on one of the employees (who yelled at me then badmouthing about me and my accent with her co-workers, quite loudly!), the manager did not seem to be surprised.
