I wouldn’t go to TD if I didn’t need to purchase items there. No one is interested in helping you find something. The fork lifts are moving all over and honk their horn when you are in the way. Don’t stop for customers. Drivers speed. Very dangerous!

Horrible customer service. Store is very disorganized. People on the floor are not helpful and rude. No one knows "anything" if you ask them a question. Prices are or consistent with what's advertised. Disappointed.
The employees are rude and are not willg to help find anything every one that you ask to help with something or if they have a certain product they seem to know nothing and are unwilling to help find anything the cashier was also rude we got a brisket from the cooler in the meat dept it was priced at1.00 a pound on a orange sticker well when I go to be checked out the cashier say I can't have it for that price that I must pay something eles for this she said it wouldn't ring up the first price I must pay 1.50 per pound I tol... read more
This place is great. We used to have to drive to the Charlotte store and this is much more convenient. The employees were very quick to help find the products we needed.
Terrible customer service. absolutely TERRIBLE....whether u r in the frozen Department, fish market, or dry goods isle, I ran in to VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES.
