What is the actual pallet policy here? Sometimes I’m charged a pallet deposit, sometimes I’m not. When I return pallets, I’m told I’ll get the credit “next time,” yet previous returns were never credited unless I tracked it down myself. That’s not a policy—that’s inconsistency and poor management. Customers shouldn’t have to chase down their own money. On top of that, most of the staff (with very few exceptions) are rude, unfriendly, and even intimidating. This place seriously needs better management and customer service.
