This is not a restaurant to go to if you are starving, or if you don’t have money. My husband and I got a salad for a starter and it was 5 total bites for $16. Plus some slimy lettuce. The mains were equally small. I understand this a high quality restaurant but definitely not a good bang for your buck. Total with tip was $221 without tip.
So food was fantastic but service is very sub par, I do not expect to wait over 30 mins for a dessert because a waiter is poor at time management. Got tired of waiting so we passed on the dessert and asked for the check which surprise surprise had to wait for.
This is for sure the best restaurant in the Pacific Northwest. My wife and I dined here for our 3rd anniversary and were beyond satisfied. I specifically mentioned it was our anniversary in the comments when I reserved and they were very nice to mention it when we arrived. We ordered the five-course tasting menu. It was totally Michelin-Star quality. We've been to a Michelin Star restaurant in San Francisco, but Restaurant Beck is just as good, if not better.
