Sitting here waiting for a table and they won't seat and feed us until our friend who's running late arrives. Should we. ... as regulars be treated this way! I'll sit when he arrives, but they're only feeding two. Not eating here anymore.

We have been to Pomodoro three times and each time the food has been excellent. From the menu the seafood ravioli is a great choice; lots of lobster in the ravioli, perfectly cooked, and a delicious rose cream sauce. Tonight I tried the board special risotto with scallops, asparagus, and sun dried tomatoes. It was stellar - best risotto I've had in years. Every neighborhood hopes to have a true go-to Italian joint. Some neighborhoods are luckier than others. Kudos to this unassuming gem in the heart of DTown.
