NOT TRUSTWORTHY, NOT EFFICIENT, PRICE GOUGING I hired Restano to perform a de-thaw service. The technicians attempted to shut off the water at the curb but did not have the proper tools and were unwilling to wait for the water company. Instead, they chose to saw off the curb cap, causing damage to the surrounding concrete. The de-thaw was never completed by them, and I was left with a destroyed curb cap and damaged concrete. What has happened to Restanos??? They used to be the best but service is slipping. I set up an appointment for an annual service. You know the whole we'll be there between 8-12....no one showed up! I called sorry we cant make it. Rescheduled for another 4 hour window. I get a call we overbooked we cant come!!!! What??? You scheduled the appointment. They used to be so reliable and the work used to be great but now im finding a new hvac company. Very sad.

I called Restano's on 9/29/2025 for a leak. They came out the same day. Unfortunately, Nick didn't have the needed items for repairs but said he would be back 9/30/2025. I asked for the 12 to 4 window. Today Nick was back with Dan. Within an hour the repair was done. They were very friendly and professional. I have used Restano's for years and I have always had wonderful techs and reasonable prices.
