Jaiya is my usual and every time I come, she is just awesome! She’ll do something a little different every time and I’m always feeling better thanks to her. This time we did a mayofascial massage that helped with my frequent migraines. Highly recommend!

I have gone to Rest, Relax and Rewind for many years. Stephanie, the owner, is so innovative and is always researching new ways to improve your health. The exopod has changed my life - relieved pain and inflammation. Their facials are excellent and I had a foot treatment that was outstanding. I highly recommend you give them a try. They will become your go to for relaxation and rejuvenation!
