I special ordered my Subaru just about 3 years ago, and have been a LOYAL customer since then, and when I was Miss North Dakota International I did appearances with Kupper Subaru. Every time I have gone in for regular maintenance. I am told something is going bad and needs to be replaced. Before saying yes to anything, I would call and double check with my dad (I don’t want to have to pay for something I might not need). Just got my new 2019 Ascent!! Great experience working with Tom. I actually had FUN buying this car!! He navigated a dealer trade so I could get the color I wanted. When my car came in, Tom picked me up at my house and gave me a ride to the dealership in my new car!! What an amazing service team. I was seriously contemplating trading in our Impreza due to the fact we have to drive 2 hours to get any major services done. But because of Jordan and Trevor and the great experience we had, when we trade it in we just may come back to Kupper Subaru and get another Subaru. Thanks guys and keep up the great work!
