Josie was a pleasure to work with. Update Josie was pushed out, the service manager is useless and incompetent, and everyone else here follows suit.
It was fantastic! I was stuck in a trailblazer I didn’t want and went to ressler in hopes for help to get into a truck…they did everything they can to make my dreams come to and get me out of a vehicle I didn’t want and was under on. I genuinely am forever thankful to the ressler team and Eddie!
They were able to schedule us in while traveling through Bozeman MT. We just needed a oil change but had other concerns, Service advisor Mr Jacobs listen to my concerns and resolved the problems
