I came to see Paul after failing to adapt to CPAP with another provider. Whereas the first place did not know what to tell me about difficulties I was having, Paul addressed them all, and encouraged me with an approach of toleration and gradual acclimatisation (For the issues which were mainly due to my reactivity). Before CPAP, I used to hate going to bed, and stayed up as long as possible. Now I enjoy my 7+ hours of sleep.
